Unlike TICA Data Retrieval, TICA Virtual Manager is an online internal database, there is no software to install and no matter what operating system you are using it will just work.

For any members who are still using TICA Data Retrieval you are able to upload your existing details into TICA Virtual Manager.

TICA Virtual Manager is your own internal database, which means it is not subject to any State Legislation that governs Tenancy Databases or its users.
