TICA has two types of membership available to suit your position-
Full membership
Where members pay a yearly subscription fee on each anniversary of membership with no limit on the number of inquiries made on any of our databases available on the internet.
Please contact TICA on 02 97431800 to inquire if you are eligible for a full membership as full membership is not available to certain groups.
Casual membership
This membership is suited to smaller potential members who would only need a small number of inquiries. This membership is available through pre-paid inquiries in blocks as small as ten inquiries with no expiry dates. Discounts are available for larger blocks when over 100 are pre-purchased.
There are no charges for lodgements made by members on our tenancy history database.
Gaining membership to TICA is easy, to join simply click on the membership agreement you require below, complete the agreement and forward it to TICA with payment.
There are three methods of payment available to you
Credit Card - Complete the details on the bottom of the membership agreement and fax to 02 97434844. Once the payment is processed TICA will forward your confidential identification number and confirm your password. Once you receive this from TICA you can access the TICA system and member services and products.
Direct Deposit - When you receive the Tax Invoice our account details appear at the bottom of the invoice. Simply deposit the membership fee into our bank account and fax a copy of the stamped bank deposit slip to TICA on 02 97434844. Upon receipt TICA will forward your confidential identification number and confirm your password. Once you receive this from TICA you can access the TICA system and member services and products.
Mail - When you receive the Tax Invoice from TICA you can post your cheque and a copy of your membership agreement) direct to TICA at the address on the Tax Invoice. Upon receipt TICA will forward your confidential identification number and password. Once you receive this from TICA you can access the TICA system and member services and products.
