MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

TICA has two types of membership available to suit your needs-

Full membership

This membership is suited to Real Estate Agents, Caravan Parks and Residential Unit Managers where members pay a yearly subscription fee to all of our databases, which includes unlimited enquiries and lodgements made via the internet.

Membership fee for Real Estate Agents, Caravan Parks and Residential Unit Managers is $440.00 per annum plus a $44.00 joining fee. All prices include GST.

Government Departments and Housing Co-Ops may be eligible for full membership, please contact TICA on 02 9743 1800 for current pricing.

Casual membership

This membership is available to anyone who is not eligible for full membership or who feels they do not require the need for full membership. Enquiries are purchased in pre-paid blocks of 10 with no expiry date. Discounts are available for pre-paid blocks of 100 or more.

Casual membership fee is $143.00 for 10 enquiries plus a $44.00 joining fee plus a $22.00 annual subscription fee. This membership category includes unlimited lodgements made via the internet with no additional charges.

Joining TICA is easy, simply click on the membership agreement you require below, complete the form and forward it to TICA with your payment.

There are three methods of payment available

Credit Card - Complete the details on the bottom of the membership agreement and fax to 02 9743 4844 (AU) or 08 0045 0451 (NZ).

Direct Deposit/EFT - When you receive the Tax Invoice our account details appear at the bottom of the invoice. Simply deposit the membership fee into our bank account and fax a copy of confirmation of payment to TICA on 02 9743 4844 (AU) or 08 0045 0451 (NZ).

Mail - When you receive the Tax Invoice from TICA you can post your cheque and a copy of your membership agreement direct to TICA.

Upon receipt TICA will forward your confidential identification number and password. Once you receive this from TICA you can access the TICA system, member services and products.
