Motor Vehicle Insurance for TICA members and their staff
TICA is pleased to announce that it has arranged a Scheme Policy through Watkins Taylor Stone Insurance Brokers whose underwriters are Lumley General.
This policy is only available to TICA members (Real Estate Agents, Restricted Letting Agents, and Caravan Park Operators) and their staff. To obtain an indicative quote simply log into the members area and click on “Real Estate Motor Scheme” and follow the prompts.
The acceptance of any Insurance Proposal is subject to the Brokers and Underwriters and not TICA. TICA is only promoting this Scheme for the benefit of its members and their staff.

Policy Benefits
* Faultless excess: If you can identify the third party at fault in the accident you will not have to pay the excess.
* Hiring costs following accident or theft: Should your vehicle be accidentally damaged or stolen – Lumley will pay for the hire of a car. Up to $75 per day and to a maximum of 14 days.
* Lease payout: If a new vehicle is a total loss within the first 12 months of the lease, Lumley will pay out the lease in full to the lessor. If any vehicle older than 12 months of age is a total loss, Lumley will pay a total value of up to 120% of the market value of the vehicle.
* Personal effects: If your personal effects are accidentally damaged or stolen whilst in your locked vehicle – you are covered up to an amount of $500.
* Windscreen breakage: Lumley will pay for the replacement of your damaged windscreen - free of excess.
